The requirements of 2 CFR part 200 apply to participating jurisdictions, State recipients, and subrecipients receiving HOME funds, except for the following provisions: §§ 200.306, 200.307, 200.308 (not applicable to participating jurisdictions), 200.311 (except as provided in § 92.257), 200.312, 200.328, 200.330, 200.334, 200.335, and 200.344 (except as provided in § 92.507). The provisions of 2 CFR 200.305 apply as modified by § 92.502(c). If there is a conflict between definitions in 2 CFR part 200 and 24 CFR part 92, the definitions in 24 CFR part 92 govern. \[80 FR 75935, Dec. 7, 2015, as amended at 90 FR 892, Jan. 6, 2025\]
