(a)The PHA shall initiate a fund requisition from HUD only when funds are due and payable, unless HUD approves another payment schedule as authorized by 2 CFR 200.305.
(b)The PHA shall maintain detailed disbursement records to document eligible expenditures (e.g., contracts or other applicable documents), in a form and manner prescribed by HUD. \[78 FR 63770, Oct. 24, 2013, as amended at 80 FR 75942, Dec. 7, 2015\]
