(a)Railroad/highway crossing projects may be funded through the Federal-aid funding source appropriate for the involved project.
(b)Projects for the elimination of hazards at railroad/highway crossings may, at the option of the State, be funded with the funds provided by 23 U.S.C. 133(d)(1). \[62 FR 45328, Aug. 27, 1997\]
