Any aggrieved party may obtain judicial review of a final action of an Agency head or the Board on any grievance in the district courts of the United States in accordance with the standards set forth in chapter 7 of title 5 of the United States Code. 5 U.S.C. 706 shall apply without limitation or exception. \[50 FR 31358, Aug. 2, 1985.
