§ 9.15. Assistance to the Historian's Office.

All elements of the Department shall assist the Historian's Office in its preparation of the Foreign Relations of the United States

(FRUS)series such as by providing prompt access to and, when possible, declassification of information deemed appropriate for inclusion in the FRUS.
