As used in this subpart— Vocational rehabilitation services refers to services provided blind or disabled persons under the State plan approved under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (see 45 CFR 401.120ff for requirements of these State plans). We or us refers to either the Social Security Administration or the State agency making the disability or blindness determination. You or your refers to the person who applies for or receives benefits or the person for whom an application is filed.
