§ 355.45. Deposit in Treasury of United States.

All amounts collected pursuant to this part shall be credited first to reimburse the authority or other Federal entity that expended costs in support of the investigation or prosecution of the action, including any court or hearing costs. Such reimbursements shall be deposited in the appropriations account of the authority or other Federal entity from which the costs were obligated, a similar appropriations account of the authority or other Federal entity, or another appropriate account if the authority or other Federal entity expended nonappropriated funds, and shall remain available until expended.
Any amount remaining after such reimbursements are credited shall be deposited as miscellaneous receipts in the Treasury of the United States.
