In addition to the guidance set forth in 2 CFR 200.308(c), for Federal awards from the Department of Labor, the non-Federal entity must request prior approval actions at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the requested action (see 2 CFR 200.407). \[86 FR 22108, Apr. 27, 2021\]
