Prior to providing advice to the administering authority pursuant to section 781(e)(3) of the Act, the Commission shall publish in the Federal Register a notice that such advice is contemplated. Any person may file one written submission concerning the matter described in the notice no later than fourteen
(14)days after publication of the notice. The submission shall contain no more than fifty
(50)pages of textual material. The Commission shall by notice provide for additional submissions as it deems necessary. \[90 FR 236, Jan. 3, 2025\]
