Notice of a decision of the Court of International Trade or of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which sustains, in whole or in part, a cause of action before the court under the provisions of section 516, Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1516), shall be published by the Commissioner of Customs in the Federal Register within 10 days from the date of issuance of the court decision. \[T.D. 80-271, 45 FR 75642, Nov. 17, 1980, as amended by T.D. 85-90, 50 FR 21430, May 24, 1985\]
