§ 122.78. Entry or withdrawal for exportation or for transportation and exportation.

If a shipment is exported under an entry or withdrawal for exportation, or for transportation and exportation, the air cargo manifest, the air waybill, or the consignment note attached to the manifest shall clearly show the following information for each entry or withdrawal:
(a)Number;
(b)Date; and
(c)Class of entry or withdrawal, as follows:
(1)Transportation and exportation;
(2)Withdrawal for transportation and exportation;
(3)Immediate exportation;
(4)Withdrawal for exportation; or
(5)Withdrawal for transportation. The name of the port where the entry or withdrawal was filed, if not the port where the merchandise is laden for exportation, shall also appear on the air cargo manifest.
