§ 701.205. Time limit for requester to appeal an initial adverse determination.

(a)The requester shall have thirty
(30)calendar days to file with the Director an appeal from an initial adverse determination. The appeal must be in writing.
(b)The thirty
(30)day period of appeal shall run from receipt of the initial adverse determination (in cases of denials of an entire request) and from receipt of any records being made available pursuant to the initial adverse determination (in cases of partial denials).
