Upon request by any interested party, or on its own motion, the Commission may consider amendment of this regulation, and modify the geographic boundaries of the protected area, in accordance with Article 10 of the Compact. \[46 FR 24, Jan. 2, 1981. Redesignated at 51 FR 25031, July 10, 1986\]
