§ 341.5. Cancellation of tariffs.

Carriers must cancel tariffs when the service or transportation movement is terminated. If the service in connection with the tariff is no longer in interstate commerce, the tariff publication must so state. Carrier must file such cancellations within 30 days of the termination of service. \[Order 780, 78 FR 32098, May 29, 2013\]
