§ 281.214. Notice, complaint and remedy.

(a)Complaint. Any interested person may file a complaint concerning an alleged violation of this subpart under § 385.206 of this chapter.
(b)Remedy. If the Commission determines that a violation of this subpart has occurred, it shall take whatever action it deems appropriate in the circumstances.
