(a)Within the spheres of responsibilities heretofore set forth, Division and Office Heads, and all Regional Directors may issue such definitive instructions as may be necessary pursuant to this section.
(b)All existing procedures and authorizations not inconsistent with this section shall continue in effect until and unless modified by definitive instructions issued pursuant to this paragraph. \[27 FR 12712, Dec. 22, 1962, as amended at 73 FR 32224, June 5, 2008\]
