§ 170.16. Swap dealers and major swap participants.

Each person registered as a swap dealer or major swap participant must become and remain a member of at least one futures association that is registered under section 17 of the Act and that provides for the membership therein of such swap dealer or major swap participant, as the case may be, unless no such futures association is so registered. \[77 FR 2629, Jan. 19, 2012\]
