A futures association may prescribe different training standards and proficiency examinations for persons registered in more than one capacity: Provided, That nothing contained in the Act or these regulations, including any exemption from registration for persons registered in another capacity, shall be deemed to preclude the establishment of training standards and a proficiency examination requirement for functions performed in such other capacity. \[48 FR 35305, Aug. 3, 1983\]
