Each soft infant and toddler carrier must comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2236-24, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Soft Infant and Toddler Carriers, approved on July 1, 2024. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
