The purpose of this part 1116 is to establish procedures for filing with the Consumer Product Safety Commission ("the Commission") reports required by section 37 of the Consumer Product Safety Act
(CPSA)(15 U.S.C. 2084) and to set forth the Commission's interpretation of the provisions of section 37.
