The purpose of this part 1033 is to display all control numbers assigned by the Office of Management and Budget

(OMB)to collection of information requirements contained in rules enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Display of OMB control numbers is required by provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act at 44 U.S.C. 3507(f) and by regulations issued by OMB to implement that act at 5 CFR 1320.7(f)(2), 1320.12(d), 1320.13(j), and 1320.14(e). \[48 FR 57478, Dec. 30, 1983\]
