In addition to those definitions found at § 922.11, the following definitions apply to this subpart: Indian reservation means a tract of land set aside by the Federal Government for use by a federally recognized American Indian tribe and includes, but is not limited to, the Makah, Quileute, Hoh, and Quinault Reservations. Lawful fishing means fishing authorized by a tribal, State or Federal entity with jurisdiction over the activity.
