(a)A person may conduct an activity otherwise prohibited by § 922.132(a)(1) as it pertains to jade collection in the Sanctuary, § 922.132(a)(2) through
(11)and
(13)if conducted under and in accordance with the scope, purpose, terms and conditions of a permit issued under this section and subpart D of this part.
