§ 2004.0. Definitions.

For purposes of this part: Days, unless otherwise indicated, means working days, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and legal public holidays. If the last day of a specified period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal public holiday, the period will be extended until the next working day. FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552. Privacy Act means the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a. OGIS means the Office of Government Information Services of the National Archives and Records Administration.
OGIS offers FOIA dispute resolution services, which is a voluntary process. If USTR agrees to participate in the dispute resolution services provided by OGIS, USTR will actively engage as a partner to the process in an attempt to resolve the dispute.
