Except as provided in § 93.130, the provisions of §§ 93.123 and 93.125 do not apply to—
(a)The Newark Airport, Newark, NJ;
(b)The Kennedy International Airport, New York, NY, except during the hours from 3 p.m. through 7:59 p.m., local time; and
