§ 47.71. Duration of Certificate; change of status.

(a)A Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate expires 1 year after the date it is issued. Each additional certificate expires on the date the original certificate expires.
(b)The holder of a Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate must immediately notify the Registry of any of the following—
(1)A change of name;
(2)A change of address;
(3)A change that affects status as a citizen of the United States; or
