§ 111.250. Correction of reported information and dispute resolution.

(a)A reporting entity that discovers or is informed of a perceived error or inaccuracy in information previously reported to the PRD must correct that record in the PRD within 10 days of identification, or initiate dispute resolution in accordance with paragraph
(b)of this section.
(b)Each reporting entity must—
(1)Initiate investigation of any dispute within 30 days of determining that it does not agree that the record identified is inaccurate.
(2)Provide final disposition within a reasonable amount of time to any request for dispute resolution made by an individual about PRD records.
(3)Document in the PRD the final disposition of any dispute made by a pilot in accordance with this paragraph
(b)and § 111.320.
