Appeals from a WOSB or EDWOSB protest determination must be commenced by filing and serving an appeal petition within ten
(10)business days after the appellant receives the WOSB or EDWOSB protest determination (see § 134.204 for filing and service requirements). An untimely appeal must be dismissed.
