§ 127.501. How will SBA determine the industries that are eligible for EDWOSB or WOSB requirements?

(a)Based upon its analysis, SBA will designate by NAICS Industry Subsector Code those industries in which WOSBs are underrepresented and substantially underrepresented.
(b)In determining the extent of underrepresentation of WOSBs, SBA may request that the head of any Federal department or agency provide SBA, data or information necessary to analyze the extent of underrepresentation of WOSBs. \[75 FR 62282, Oct. 7, 2010, as amended at 80 FR 55022, Sept. 14, 2015\]
