Entities that are part of a single corporate group shall in no event receive more than \$10,000,000 of COVID EIDL loans in the aggregate. For purposes of this limit, entities are part of a single corporate group if they are majority owned, directly or indirectly, by a common parent. \[86 FR 50219, Sept. 8, 2021\]
