You may make Loans to Small Businesses. A Loan means a transaction evidenced by a debt instrument with no provision for you to acquire Equity Securities. Loans may include Revenue-Based Financing or Revenue-Based Loans in which you provide financing to a Small Business in exchange for a percentage of the Small Business's anticipated future revenue which shall not exceed 19% of the Small Business's annual gross revenue. \[88 FR 46011, July 18, 2023\]
