For each Financing of a Small Business (excluding guarantees), you must submit a Portfolio Financing Report on SBA Form 1031 within 30 calendar days of the end of the calendar year quarter (March, June, September, and December) following the closing date of the Financing. SBA also permits Form 1031s for portfolio company financings to be disaggregated and submitted individually for each portfolio company within 30 days of the closing of a Financing or otherwise submitted on a more frequent basis. If you are on the Watchlist, SBA may require more frequent reporting (see § 107.1850). \[88 FR 46011, July 18, 2023\]
