§ 624.12. Capital.

A covered swap entity shall comply with:
(a)In the case of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, the capital adequacy regulations set forth in part 652 of this chapter; and
(b)In the case of any Farm Credit System institution other than the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation, the capital regulations set forth in parts 615 and 628 of this chapter. [80 FR 74913, Nov. 30, 2015, as amended at 81 FR 49779, July 28, 2016]
