§ 615.5110. Authority to issue (other funding).

Any Farm Credit bank may issue Farm Credit Investment Bonds directly to those eligible as set forth in § 615.5120(a). The bonds are subject to the limitations contained in the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation Q. [43 FR 47489, Oct. 16, 1978; 43 FR 55239, Nov. 27, 1978]
