In accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended, a civil money penalty imposed pursuant to section 5.65(c) or
(d)of the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended, shall not exceed $264 per day for each day the violation continues. [90 FR 2922, Jan. 14, 2025]
