The Director of the Federal Register shall provide for the answering of each appropriate inquiry presented in person, by telephone, or in writing. Each written communication and each matter involving the Administrative Committee shall be sent to the Director, Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration, Washington, DC 20408. \[50 FR 12468, Mar. 28, 1985\]
