Sec. 41.0082. COOPERATION OF TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shall cooperate with the commissioner in the performance of his duties and shall furnish him any available data and information he needs.
