The secretary of state shall file a copy of the previous year's consolidated report on the Help America Vote Act
(HAVA)Title I, § 101, codified as 42 U.S.C. § 15301 , funds and Title II, § 251, codified as 42 U.S.C. § 15401 , requirements and payments to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house of representatives, the fiscal review committee and the office of legislative budget analysis by February 1 of each year.
