That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Nyoman Rahmawati may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Marilyn [8 USC 1101](/us/usc/t8/s1101).and C.
