Chap. XXXIX.— An Act for the Relief of James Wyman. July 15, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary652TWENTY-NINTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 40, 41 42. 1846. Pension of $6 per month allowed James Wyman.of War be, and is hereby, directed to place the name of James Wyman upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and cause to be paid to him six dollars per month, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, commencing from and after the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, July 15, 1846.
