Chap. XXVII.— An Act for the Relief of Hubert H. Booley. March 3, 1851. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hubert H. Booley to have a pension for life of $16 per month, from October 10, 1847. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of Hubert II. Booley on the roll of invalid pensions; and that he pay him, semi-annualiy, at the rate of sixteen dollars per month, for and during his life, commencing on the tenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and forty-seven. Approved, March 3, 1851.
