Chap. XXVI.— An Act *in Relation to the July Term of the Circuit and District Courts in the District of Ohio.* May 29, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, *July term of U.S. Courts in Ohio to be held on 3d Monday of July, annually.Provision for actions. &c., now pending. That the July term of the Circuit and District Courts of the United States, in the District of Ohio, shall hereafter be held on the third Monday of July, annually: *Provided,* That all actions, suits, appeals, recognizances, processes, writs, and proceedings whatever, pending or which may be pending in said courts, or returnable to the term as it now exists, shall have day therein, and be heard, tried, proceeded with, and disposed of, at the term as fixed by this act.
