Chap. XLV.— An Act for the Relief of Camfield Averill. Aug. 30, 1850. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $8 per month allowed Camfield Averill. That the name of Camfield Averill, a drafted militia man, of the State of New York, in the service of the United States, during the war with Great Britain, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing July first, eighteen hundred and forty-eight, to continue during his natural life. Approved, August 30, 1850.
