Chap. XLI.— An Act for the Relief of Elipkas C. Brown. Aug. 17, 1850. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $8 per month allowed to E. C. Brown. That the name of Eliphas C. Brown, a soldier in the service of the United States duringTHIRTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 42, 45, 46. 1850.801 the war in Florida, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing the first of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six, to continue during his natural life. Approved, August 17, 1850.
