Chap. XLI.— An Act for the Belief of James Mains. July 15, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, Pension of $6 per month allowed to James Mains. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of James Mains upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and cause to be paid to him six dollars per month, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, commencing from and after the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, July 15, 1846.
