Chap. XCV.— An Act for the Relief of Zachariah Simmons, of the State of Tennessee. March 3, 1847. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension of $6 per month allowed to Zachariah Simmons. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place the name of ZachariahTWENTY-NINTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 96, 97, 98, 99. 1847.699 Simmons upon the pension roll; and that he pay him at the rate of six dollars per month during his natural life, commencing upon the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six. Approved, March 3, 1847.
