Chap. XCIX.— An Act for the Relief of B. O. Payne, of Albany, New York. March 2, 1849. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $20 per month allowed B. O. Payne. That the name of B. O. Payne, of Albany, in the State of New York, be placed on the roll of invalid pensions, and that the Secretary of War be directed to pay to him a pension, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-nine, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, March 2, 1849.
