Chap. XCII.— An Act for the Relief of Doctor Clark Lillybridge. March 3, 1847. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Settlement of accounts of Dr. Clark Lilly-bridge.1816, ch. 175. That the fourth section of an act entitled “An Act making Appropriations for the civil and diplomatic Expenses of the Government, for the Year ending the thirtieth of June, eighteen hundred and forty-six, and for other Purposes,” shall be considered as no bar by the proper accounting officers of the treasury to the fair and equitable settlement of the accounts of Doctor Clark Lillybridge, for services performed as physician in the Cherokee emigration.
