Chap. XCI.— An Act for the Relief of the legal Representatives of James H. Clark. March 3, 1847. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Representatives of James H. Clark to be paid $3,060 94, in full satisfaction of all his claims against the United States. That there be allowed and paid to the legal representatives of James H. Clark, late a purser in the navy, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand and sixty dollars and ninety-four cents, in full satisfaction for all his claims against the government to April, one thousand eight hundred and thirty, as exhibited in his statement thereof.
