Chap. XC.— An Act for the Relief of Frederick Hopkins, of the County of Chenango, in the State of New York. March 3, 1847. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frederick Hopkins to be placed on the pension roll. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Frederick Hopkins on the pension roll, according to the act of seventh June, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, for two1832, ch. 126. years’ service as a private, and that his pension commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-four.To commence 1st January, 1844. Approved, March 3, 1847.
